Our annual holiday blend is always made from our newest, freshest arrivals. This year I have taken 50% Nicaragua Pacamara Microlot for acidity and juiciness. I then added 30% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Worka Sakaro Anaerobic Natural (new crop) for spice and fruit flavors. Finally, for extra body and mellowness, just 20% Sumatra Mandheling.

These coffees, all single origins capable of being happily enjoyed straight, combine to form a cup larger than the sum of its parts.

Tasting notes: Juicy, sweet, cherry, pineapple, Fuji apple, smooth, full, touch of herbal finish.
