Above $75 – FREE UPS Ground shipping (1-2 days local/short-haul, and up to 5 business days for cross-country)
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns after products are shipped from our roastery due to food safety and quality assurance protocols, with the exception of shipping errors, damaged merchandise, or incorrect items sent.
However, if your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please email hello@orenscoffee.com within 15 days from order arrival so that we can make it right. We want you to enjoy your coffee!
