Our certified Antigua Guatemalan comes from a coffee region nestled in the valley of three volcanos and sits around 1,500 meters above sea level. With rich volcanic soil, consistent temperatures and just the right amount of rain and sun, our Antigua has the distinct flavor and qualities this region is known for. This wet-hulled coffee (the skin is removed before being sun-dried) is a complex, balanced and full-bodied coffee with smoky and chocolate undertones.
One of several Antigua Valley farms managed by a family of farmers and is mainly planted with Bourbon trees — a more temperamental but flavorful varietal.
